The lid is not good. It is not firm enough to stand alone once in an open position to fill the water. As the lid falls down everytime, the inner screw like elements hot broke and it is not usable now

This was my second purchase within a year, the first one stopped working in 8 months and second one after 2 months...it stopped working by itself, they don't give door to door service after sale...kent is not selling genuine product. I assume it's a Chinese product. Do not recommended it to buy...

The wide clear glass portions on both sides give a clear view of the water level and the process of boiling. The blue light inside when the kettle is on is just amazing and it's sure to surprise the kids. Even I kept a close watch when using for the first time. This makes the kettle unique apart from ease of use, asthetic look and value for money.

Material: the heating tray material is quite cheap. Plastic is not something very difficult to procure and use so please keep your brand name up and use the better material for heating tray. Also on the kettle handle the buttons are very cheap. Pros: good looking kettle and heats water in few seconds. Cons: Material is a big flaw is this product. And water gets heat up too much, it’s non drinkable hot. And there’s no way to set how much hot the water you need.
