The kettle does its job well and feels safe to use. However, the wire is quite short, which can be inconvenient. Boiling time feels a bit longer than expected, though I haven’t measured it, so that’s just an impression—don’t take my word for it. Overall, I’m happy with the product and have no major complaints.
That said, I would have preferred a longer, wrap-around wire for the base instead of the shorter one provided. The body seems sturdy, and the plastic exterior does a good job of insulating it. I previously owned a Pigeon kettle that became dysfunctional within a year, but this one seems promising so far.
