Outer body cover provided it prevents accidental touch of hot material body. Overall experience is good. With 02 year warranty it shooths customer's mind and guarantees long lasting of this product. Price could be a issue. It could be sold in reasonable price.

pity is serma a nice product but if you put water close to the inserts of the handle leak out water .unfortunatly the return window is closed at least i would have asked a replace
