NICE PRODUCT

I was using the kettle since 2 months and the product is very good. Recently the power on/of switch found not working. I registered the complaint on 27th Sep 2021 by providing all requested details. On 30th Sep after followup, message received that spare part will be couriered to my address, after that no response yet even after followup. For any product it's worth only with service support. Here I'm experiencing a worst support.

I had purchase this on 19th May 2022 and today it plug got heated and it not stopped when water boiled and switch operated. Getting some bad smell from water some thing burned. I replaced the plug but the same problem exists. What can I do for it?

The quality of the product is very poor.I have ordered this product twice two times I have received broken once.So i am not satisfied with this product.

I've been using this kettle for the last 2 months. Light weight,powerful, reliable kettle. It's wide opening makes it ease to clean and very easy to use. Well we can't expect a long cord but it's ok. Personally I would recommend this kettle to everyone over there who are reading this review and u can't get such a kettle at this price..I got this item in lightning deal. So surely go for it👍

This product boils water in less than five minutes keeps hot for longer time. Besides that outer plastic body protects from burn injuries due to heat. Found water drops leakage at the handle which need to be improved.

Ordered this kettle in the month of December 2022. Till date it is working fine. The quality of the kettle is super. Thanks team ibell.
