Product is really good... but first time when purchase vessel is broken but after i replace it then very fastly i get another product. Buildup quality is very good and especially in hand it feels nice Metal body making it long lasting with very powerfull motor and also we get a speed adjuster Easy to clean... Easy to use... and value for money comparing to other brands. Overall the product and quality is 10 /10.

The product is timely delivered to me It's easy to use The Blade is very sharp The Noise is so so But only thing lacking is in 500 ml Bowl it has only 1 S Blade C Overall it is a nice product.. And Be sure to read User Manual My chopper lid got broke on 2 March and gone to the repair centre and easily got the new part.. Thankyou..

Valued products but beaker come to me twice with crack,I think seller should pack the beaker in order to remove damage occur while in transit or beaker should be removed from the combo.I happy(second attempt) to take with minute crack(no water leakage).All other accessories are heavy duty and long lasting.without hesitation go ahead and purchase.

The damn thing without pressing the button starts running on its own the moment u power on. It ends up spilling the stuff all over the place.... not sure how to deal with the warranty....its hardly used for a month and it acting funny. Initially I was super impressed with the rugged stainless steel build and the 800W power but that happiness was short lived as this device is acting really strange with the motor running without even pressing the button.
