Product is good and very easy to use and clean Product has 300W motor with turbo mode which serves a purpose of 500W motor.

The product is very good,but my sed stopped working after two months.As it's in warranty i reported to Amazon ,they told me to contact Kent .I reported in Kent ,they assigned a person.He told that as my house is little far so i have to pay 300 for the service.i agreed ,but then again no response.Again I called that person,he asked me for my address and told me that he will courier me a replacement.But till now no response.Not happy.

Product is overall average. But service is very poor. No proper service. My blender was replaced with a old worst blender Which wasn't acceptable. And service request closed before service completed. Worst experience faced from service center.
