It seems to work well. I bought it because my imported handmixer finally gave up after ages and nowadays the built quality has declined. So it is an adjustment. With a handmixer cakes and cookies dough tends to go faster, you can also work with smaller portions. I find the inalsa stand mixer takes a bit more time, but it is less messy, your hands are free and it doesn't splash even without splash guard. It is easy to clean. The noise is lesser than the average mixer grinder machines. Chapati dough I usually made in a food processor, which was much faster, but I found out that the stand mixer kneaded dough seems to absorb more water without getting sticky and the chapatties are better! Just one note, it is easy to misread..... The pedal and kneading hook seem to be aluminium and not Stainless steel, they are not magnetic.... It is written they are SS coated, that is a big difference. The wisker wire and the bowl are stainless steel. So I do hope this mixer will last. I am writing this in order to avail the extended 6 months warranty. So I can't say how it fairs in the long run, it is a first impression. Impression after 2 months of almost daily use. I love it ,would not go back to a hand mixer. The machine works well, even though the speed seem to adjust by itself from time to time, something other people have mentioned as well, but it doesn't feel like anything wrong, could be due to power fluctuations from the grid. Sometimes it happens, other times not.

I have been looking for a stand mixer for years. Yes years. Those who have searched them would know that the good ones are really expensive. I mainly needed one for dough kneading for chapati and for occasional baking and whipping stuff. Honestly speaking this thing has surprised me and my family. I was someone who believed no machine can do dough kneading well or atleast fully. But not only does this knead dough really well it does it quickly and better than hand and without any mess. You tube videos might show it making noise but it is not that much. You can knead dough for 4-5 people in less than 10 mins. Pros - - looks good. Stylish - kneads dough really well and in less time - comparatively cheap. - large stainless steel bowl with cover - ergonomics are good - machine is light and compact - metal gears as they claim - has been running fuss free for a Month or so Cons - body is plastic and wobbles a bit but I think that's OK for the price. It doesn't affect performance in any way - occasionally you may have to adjust/ push the dough a bit under the hook or at the centre of the bowl but that may be because of large quantity being kneaded. DON'T do it while the machine is on. I haven't tried the whipping and mixing hooks so can't tell how they work Also, I haven't yet applied for extended warranty based on reviews so this review is an honest one. The dough hook and mixing blade is very light weight. It looks like it is made of some alloy. It does the work well though. Will add to this review after I have experienced the machine a bit more.

The service provided is extremely disappointing. They lack competent technicians, and their response time is unreasonably long. For any issue, they repeatedly ask you to wait for 8 to 10 working days, which is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, the outer casing of their products is of poor quality and prone to breaking easily, leading to further frustration. This reflects a lack of durability and attention to detail in their offerings. Even when the product is under warranty, their service is poor and riddled with delays. One can only imagine how much worse it will get once the warranty period is over—likely becoming outright pathetic and leaving customers to deal with unresolved issues on their own. Overall, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend their services or products to anyone expecting quality and reliability.

Overall happy with the product. Below review is written after using the product for couple of weeks. The main good thing is that the dough comes out best. Chapatis are very soft and tasty compared to hand kneaded dough. I even prepared bread dough. Bread was so soft and fluffy. I think this is due to the effort the machine puts to stretch the dough which is not possible by hand. Also it feels so hygienic compared to kneading with hand. Its quite sturdy too with vacuum legs. I also hope the motor and other components last long too. The kneading attachment could have been made with SS rather than hard plastic, which is susceptible to breaking/cracking. But it looks tough though as of now. So not much issue. It takes half a minute time to initiate rotation after turning the knob, I am not sure why. Not much heating too. Overall its worth the money spent. Happy kneading!

Used about 10 times. Sofar so good but it produces an annoying shrill sound which increases as we speed up.
