Review after 4 years of use, it is running Greate, but it is not recommended for family of 2-3 people, the juicer is completely useless

If anyone is thinking of purchasing this item, then please DON'T. They say its 2 year warranty on 'product' but its a misleading statement... If there is any damage in the accessories during the warranty period, then they do not consider accessories as a part of the 'product' and say that the warranty is only on motor. Be aware that they charge for the ENTIRE unit to replace only a part of it. We purchased the product as a one unit and did not buy the accessories separately. The USHA support team does not know the details about the warranty part. One says no charge. The other say there will be charge. One will say there is no warranty on the accessories. About the charging on damaged accessories I was told by the support to talk to the arranged technician who will come to repair. If there is no warranty on the accessories then it should not be sold as a one 'product' unit but as an add-on parts OR clearly mentioned that the warranty is ONLY on the motor and not on the accessories. I call this cheating. When we call the USHA support if there is any issue in the product then they arrange for technician for home visit. And the technician who comes to repair the product at your place is not official USHA guy but from the third party service center. So If any part is damaged they will straight sell their product even if you are in warranty period. We are still in the warranty period, within a year of purchasing, and the following parts got broken: 1- Small jar rotator broke within 3-4 month of use 2- Big blender jar rotator broke within 7 month of use. We had to purchase a new FULL jar when we only needed the bottom rotator part. Cost Rs. 1450/- 3- Then the two shredding round blades broke this week. Cost Rs. 435/- each Basically, out of 4 accessories units, 3 broke within a year!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Let it be known that we always kept the unit very clean, that we NEVER let it run for more than a minute, that at times there was a burned rubber smell and that we use it generally no more than 1 or 2 times a week! Also the button to turn it on and off is really hard to use as the nod to do so is way too small. If you have wet hands, which usually happens often when one is cooking, it is quite impossible to turn it on or off, and one needs to do it with a dry towel. Trust me: it's annoying. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and DISATISFIED.

Really good food processor goes well with my kitchen. Does everything as advertised. Pros Great look 2 year warranty Durable accessories 3 speed(most processors have 2 speed) Cons The slicing plates don't come with height adjustment option like some of the Phillips processors. Quite Noisy

Update :- motor blown within 2 years with minimal use (2-3 times a week), stay away from this product. No warranty on jars even if manufacturing issue, warranty on motor is also 2 years unlike other brands which offer 5years on motor. I bought the product a year back and hadn't used it much since. I moved back home and had another mixer. Recently used the food processor bowl for the first time and the left it is as is, what I didn't notice was that the coupler had melted to the plastic jar of the food processor bowl. I found this when I wanted to use the jar the next time. Contacted customer care for warranty since product was still under warranty, guess what , no warranty on anything made of plastic or abs (which is basically two jars ) . Meanwhile Crompton replaced the jar for free when the blade inside the jar broke but Usha does not cover it , the warranty is a joke. Another issue is the speed knob is flimsy and sometimes when you try to turn it, it falls out. If your hands are not perfect that day , you wouldn't even be able to turn the knob , no texturing for grip or anything. Disappointing for a premium product. Update : raised complaint on 13th december 2023, no action taken till today ( Jan 29th 2024 ).

I like it ,this is easy to use but this accessories are not much work .shredding blade is thin layer ,and choping is not good chop,and French fries blade are not good work also.

Okay so all other bowls -mixer / grinder / chutney maker works but the main one - food processor does not. Many people have posted the same. Issue is the design. All other bowls come with a notch which pushes the safety switch. The food processor bowl is missing that notch. Thus the safety switch remains disengaged. Seems like products were not tested before release. It's useless. USHA stop fooling people. Update-- Took a while to understand but the food processor bowl needs to be placed in locked position and also the top cover needs to be locked. The safety switch notch will work only if all are in perfect alignment. Took some time to adjust Update after 2 month - Super efficient. Noise is manageable but could be low. Overall all still satisfied
