I have purchased this bullet mixer back in june 23. This product is awesome, it is a value for money product as it is supplied with 5 jars, 3 types of blades and many lids. One can use the jars for storage and directly for drinking and serving. I faced an issue last week with the machine, it stopped working. But to my satisfaction they replaced it with a brand new machine in 3 day and customer care was very polite and supportive, they even tracked it after the replacement was delivered to check if my issue is resolved or not. To this Cookwell scores high. All in all a great purchase, will recommend it for light to medium household usage.

I wanted to buy a mixer grinder for a really long time...after searching and going through a lot of different products online i decided to go with cookwell because it meets all the requirements.So after buying this mixer grinder last year and i am using it almost daily.. it's working amazingly, the size is compact, so it doesn't take so much of space on my kitchen counter top and does its job effectively👍 Another best part about it is that it comes with three different blades dry wet and one for smoothie maker (that I have been using for Lassi and shakes on almost daily basis) and you get 5 different jars with it. So, Overall a great deal in this price. Recently got an issue with one of the blades and contacted their "customer service" and they did respond to my query immediately, and gave me a replacement. Their customer service is the biggest plus point👍 I am really satisfied with the way they handled the situation. Happy that I decided to buy it last year.
