I purchased this machine in mid May. I used it hardly 25 times till end of July. The machine started showing E1 error even when the jar was locked properly. It would stop steaming or disinfecting abruptly. I contacted their customer care..Billionwares.. they told me to send the machine to Bangalore since it has 6 months of warranty. I got the machine back after around 10 days. Again after 15 days,the same problem started,they told me there is a problem with the motherboard. I asked them why did they not fix it before. No reply. I was asked to resend the machine in the last week of August to Bangalore again and told they will replace it as I requested them it was causing a lot of inconvenience sending the machine again and again to Bangalore. They said they will replace it. In the 1st week of September, I receive the faulty machine back which I had sent them and they claim that it is not my machine but a replacement. I sent them photos to show they have not replaced it and probably just repaired and sent it back. But,they deny and on telling them that they have sent my machine back,they tell me they have sent a replacement (machine with a lot of scratches on the touchscreen which they had may be taken out to do the repair work. Replacement according to them is not a new machine,but any used piece))to resend the machine to Bangalore again and then only they will send my machine which they have. I told them to send me my machine back first if they actually have it and then take the one they sent me claiming to be a replacement (full of scratches)on the same day I receive mine. It will also be of help to me and reduce the inconvenience in making the baby food. But,they deny and just say can't be done. The truth is they have may be repaired the faulty piece that I had received,sent it back and don't have anything to send back to me. On top of that,the person who I had spoken to tells me that the error is my fault and there are power fluctuations at your place(I stay in a place with no power fluctuations at all). They do not want to take responsibility for the faulty equipment they have manufactured. Stay away from Kiddale and Billionwares.
The main reason for writing this review is to warn parents with babies because I have wasted a lot of energy and time on this equipment . It has caused a lot of inconvenience as well.
There was a review mentioning the same error,but I did not take it seriously and thought of it as may be happens. Please save yourselves from the trouble I had to go through.
