I am using this room heater from the last two months in heavy winter in Kashmir where we routinely experience night temperatures of minus 2 degree. Calido has been our trusted companion during this cold winter as it heats the room of 17 x 12 feet in a very uniform and efficient manner. It is something much better than a normal room heater due to several reasons: super silent operation, very durable and attractive, no reduction in oxygen level, you can use it whole night, very safe operation, rotation ensures uniform space heating, it takes about 40 minutes to heat a big room of about 17 x 12 feet. It is expected to consume more electricity though i dont know it exact consumption as of now. In short it is a great purchase and you can go for it.

Dislikes: Seller Cloudtail Retail sent the product in damaged package without out regular Amazon packaging. Product has a slight dent on front grille. Cloudtail Retail should have sent me a refurbished product. Reported about packaging to Amazon immediately. But there are no further updates/responses from Amazon. In future we should avoid purchasing from Cloudtail Retail.

Have cancelled carbon heater and ordered PTC heater from Havells. Looks great in gold colour. Quality wise is great too. It's not a spot heating so take a little time to heat a 12x12 room. Doesnt burns oxygen and heat spread is good. Best part is that it's osillation feature is quite useful. Also one can set temperature as per need. Only con that i felt is that only 1 year warranty and slightly higher price. Overall I like the design, looks and quality of the product with a better heating. Simply go for it if you are in double minds.

Primary purpose was to dry and condition clothes during monsoon. Will work in a small room only. Will heat up an entire room if used in cold climates in about 20 minutes, tried in ambient temperature of 24. Equipment is costly, but rotation arrangement is good for an heater.

I used this heater for 3yrs approx. (3-4months) every year during winter for 6-7hrs daily) I purchased this on November 2019 and It's September 2022, build quality is not as good as I expected from reputed brands like Havells. It starts melting from side. I don't think it will be with me in 2022s winter, so for me it lasted only for 6-7 months(counting only the winter seasons) in total 3yrs.

I like its design, It warms room very quickly within 15 min. There is two power settings mode low and high but I suggest to put one more lower power setting like 600 watt or 800 waat to save engergy after room becomes hot at higher mode. Body should be more strong.

I have used this for the last two winters and it works very well for a room of 10x15ft or less. We kept the room closed and it took around 20 minutes or so to bring the temp to the required normal. It has a thermostat which you would need to set as per your need, it determines how long your heater will run in one time and then auto shuts. It has an option to rotate. For me, it worked well so happy about it.
