1) Quality- the heater is solidly built, well finished. Materials used are of superior quality 2) Functioning- the heater works effectively and heats up our room in 20-25minutes. A life saver in winter season especially if you have old age people or young kids with you. The multiple heating levels make for an energy efficient heater. In the winters of North India you would easily be able to maintain room temperature at around 25-26 Celsius on medium setting. 3) Portability- the heater, though a bit on the heavier side, comes equipped with wheels and a handle that make it easy to carry it around in the house. The sleek design allows the heater to be placed in corners of the room. 4) Value for money- Given the heating capabilities we feel this heater is value for money. 5) Safety- the heater is much safer than conventional filament heaters as there is no open heating components. The only thing to avoid is touching the fins of the heater when it is operational.

It's good from heating perspective. Heats the room enough in 20 minutes. Cons: It also depletes the oxygen of the room and a closed room can give suffocation just in half an hour(but yes, better than other conventional heaters). Keep some fresh air passage with elderly or people having BP problems.

No issue with the product. It works like a charm. Takes some time to warm the room but till then the PTC fan works fine. Comes in 3 power modes with a thermostat. If you keep the power mode at low and thermostat at max, your room might get warm in around 30~40 mins. Fan and power mode can be used independently.

New update (18th Jan) after almost a month (20th Dec) since the product was delivered. The ugly piece of expensive junk is still lying around my house using up valuable space. I bought this product for Delhi winters. Winter is almost over and my product is still not fixed. I am so disappointed and angry with Amazon and the Havells team. I was in touch with them since the beginning of this month and they have not yet fixed my heater. * The order was not delivered on time. It was delivered after the delivery date when I left for my vacation. * I got back from my vacation this morning and unboxed my heater as winter is at its peak. * the moment I opened the box, I realised it was a used and returned heater. * I still ignored and tried to use it. The heater is useless..it is as cold as stone and throwing just a little bit of warm air even after a couple of hours. * I contacted Amazon customer support as my return window had closed and explained to them that I was away for the entire duration even before delivery, but I was shocked at their indifferent attitude. I was even willing to share my journey tickets to reassure them I was indeed out of town since the delivery and hence did not know that I was given a big piece of junk for the money I spent. I am really very very disappointed on the below 3 counts. 1) cheating, by sending a used product 2) substandard quality by sending a defective product 3) indifferent attitude by Amazon...I don't care attitude although I have been a very loyal customer with them over the past many years. I did not expect a favor from them for my loyalty... but a little bit of understanding to help a genuine customer who has been a bit unlucky with the timing of the delivery. Thanx to the above facts, I am now stuck with an expensive piece of ugly junk

The Oil Heater is of a completely different functionality. If you want to get instant heating then this is surely not one for you! Similarly if you want to sit and warm your hands and feet then again this is not one for you! These are slow heaters. It will gradually increase the temperature of the room and will never make it hot. It will maintain room at a comfortable temperature to make the winters more bearable. This will take good time to heat up a room. But once the temp is elevated it maintains the same unless and until there is continuous flow of cold air in the room! This heater is working fine as of now. The heating is perfect to warm a 20*8 i.e. 160 sq feet room. The good part is even after you switch it off it helps retain temperature for almost 45-50 mins because of the oil based heating. The bigger benefit is that it doesn't blow up all the moisture for the room and maintains the moisture balance. Overall a nice oil based heater which helps retains the moisture and make winters better.
