It is a good ,instantly heats the room,compact . Thermostat works fine but it takes 30 mins to cut off and almost 1 hour to restart.so be patient .Because of my impatience I had returned my 1st pc as faulty because of thermostat . For 2nd oc i cintacted iroat customer care and their senior explained it to me. Do not follow brochure provided, thermostat will never work according to it.

Like: getting warm air immediately on switch on. Durable 2 years of use and still in good shape without issue.

Value of money lightweight product there is not heating efficiency sufficient plug size

After using this room heater for 02 months, It is evident it doesn't have room heating capacity as in 2000 Watts heaters. It can be used to warm a small room of size 10ft x 10ft only or can be kept near bed while sleeping. It has similar working capacity to a normal table fan. Quality of build in material is average and there is no retractable power cable. Overall an below average working product and one can go for buying it, It the price is around 1000 to 1200 Rupees.

Easy to use. Light weight. Nice looking product. Good for short time use. Did not use for longer running time yey, so not sure about the performance for long usage

The product is definitely durable and has a very good heating! The plug size is big, that’s why only fits in power sockets. At level 2 it literally warms the room like summers even in peak winters, and level 1 works as a mild warmer with good comfort. The thermostat is a big mess in the product, it shuts off any time randomly and then you cannot start it again and it starts only on its own within some time, the thermostat feature needs to be modified for on and off as well.

I had a good experience with another product Orpat OEH 1220, which was very good and served the purpose and thought of gifting to somebody, but while purchasing the 1220 model, saw this newer version and looked attractive, so purchased but returned, and thanks to Amazon for accepting return. Cons: Mat finish, easily geta dirty and difficult to remove stains. The second knob to regulate temperature can be used to switch off, but used to get switchon UNKNOWINGLY by itself, and switchoffs by itself. Felt very dangerous. Material is not of good quality, received broken piece, had to exchange 1st piece, so might break duing the uaeage aswell Fan makes lot of noise compared to 1220 model. Avoid buying, and go for the 1220 model, which is durable.

Good performance, zero maintanaince since 3 years, easily controlled temperature knob, and efficiently heats up my 180 sqft room to Soothing temparature within an hour with temparature cut off settings.
