As per Ayurveda, eating warm food is much better than stale or cold food. This lunch box is a blessing, especially if you want to avoid waiting in the workplace for oven use. We are working day and night and food is an important input and output of our work. Let it be warm and fresh at any time of the day right at your desk. This product is absolutely amazing and works as per the claims it mentioned. One of my colleagues suggested me this electric lunch box. Pros 1. Leakproof, steel tiffin container lid has come with a silicon gasket and steam plug. Steam plug help to release the steam when food gets hot like a pressure cooker, you need to open it as they have already shown in the video. 2. it warm my food in 15 mins, but once I took the sabji direct from the refrigerator at that time it took almost 30 mins to heat that. 3. In-build cable, so there is no need to keep the wire separately. 4. Poratble, its easily adjustable in my laptop bag. Cons 1. Only 2 containers are there, I would be happier if they provided 3 containers of lunch box 2. Got defected product. One of the plate is not working. There is warranty card of one year but don’t know how and whom to approach.

Good product....warms up fast

I was waiting to receive this lunch box but I was so Dissapointed to see it. The packaging itself was resealed and shabby. The lunch box itself has a lot of dust and scratch marks. The steel bowls were of extremely light and bad quality steel. Didn't even try to plug it or use it.. Placed a return and refund immediately.. Pics attached... Not worth buying

Great product to keep your lunch warm after many hours. I am posting this review after 1 year of use and found that in this electric lunch box 1. Food gets warm in 5 to 10 min 2. There is a cut off system, once the food get warm the heating process will cut off automatically and again when the food get cold, it will start heating it again. 3. Steel Containers comes with leak-proof lids, we need to plug off the red steam plug than only the lid will get close and open. 4. It comes with 1 year warranty; warranty claim process is so smooth. We just need to share the order id/invoice. They will claim it. I was really happy with the experience I had with the team who helped me get the product rectified after it had a functional issue within the warranty period.

Writing this review after a month of use. I tried heating water and it started bubbling in almost 20mins (both containers full). I take tiffin every day early morning at 7 am and eat by 2 pm. So food gets completely cold in whatever container I take. But now the food gets warm in 10mins. So this is a boon for me and it tastes so much better when warm. Auto cut-off also works well. Additionally, it has separate lights for both containers. So in case you have only one container on the plate, it turns off the light and heating of the empty side. Very intelligent system. It is completely leakproof and very easy to clean. One of the best buys from Amazon. Hope it lasts a very long time. After 4 months of use, one side stopped heating. So I complained to customer care, and to my pleasant surprise after a few verifications, I got a new lunch box as a replacement. Great customer care. Special thanks to Ms. Sonam for her help.

I bought this few months back but now one of the box is not working..I tried to contact for customer support as it has 1 year warranty but it's all fraud and there is no customer support. Pls don't buy this product as once they sell there. Is no support for customers, even Amazon customer care is unable to provide answers or support for the same.

Only one side will get heated another side will be cold only and it’s not having auto cut option after heating..
