These cast iron pans are solid, pre-seasoned, and cook evenly. The 26 cm one with a glass lid is perfect for daily use, and the 30 cm pan is great for bigger meals. Works well on gas and induction. A bit heavy, but that’s expected. Just season regularly and you’re set for years. Totally worth it!

I have been using the product for 2 weeks now, at beginning it looked like a well seasoned kadai, food wasn't sticking on surface but after 2nd usage I started noticing flaking on kadai, the coating on it stared to peel off exactly like on a non stick pan and I washed it again and again which made me realise that it was some kind of paint or some other coating. I have been fooled because I have lot of other castiron kadai's and none of them has turned out like this. Now its silver in colour and not black. All my other seasoned cast iron are all good and black. Be carefull while opting this kadai or their other products .This black coating mixed with my food and cant believe we have been eating it all this time. I have even registered a complaint on their website regarding this. Now I'm traumatised and doubtful of using this kadai ever... who knows whether its actual cast iron or some harmful substance.

I bought this mainly for shallow frying. It is serving the purpose. But, it is very heavy. High Maintenance is required. Since the product is costly and from a good brand, I expected the surface to be perfectly flat so that oil will be spread evenly but it is not. The surface is slightly convex like the cheap ones. So, the oil fills the edges first. This is not appropriate for perfect cooking.
