***My second impression after using ***. Very useful , we are not only using for tadka .. we also use to warm small portion of dish. As size too good and best part is due to big size .. oil not coming out during tadka or small fry .. Very very happy with this product ***My first Imression**( First impression is good , five star , fair cost . They should in future make flat base , so we can use on gas without any slippers.as we have to hold by hand all the time

Good product quality. But the heavy handle makes it fall off the burner. Need some support to keep it on the burner. Foolish design of the handle.

If you follow the simple and quick instructions for 1 St time use, the pan is awesome. It is pre seasoned. You can even fry eggs in it.

I don't recommend you to purchase this one if you are looking for Iron tadka pan. Totally they are cheating. It's Non-stick only.

Pure iron, multipurpose frying pan.

Pros: Its a thin iron kadai. Small enough to prepare tempering and big enough to reheat curries. Needs care as it can rust very easily. Otherwise it’s a good original iron kadai. Cons: Also, it doesn’t stay on the stove as the handle is heavier than the kadai, it’s a design flaw.

I used it as instructed. Be a little careful about the sharp edges. They will smoothen out. I own an iron tawa and know the sharp edges will eventually smoothen out. Used for gravy masala, vaghar/tadka and liked it. Even heating and wooden handle, all in one great. Glad to have purchased it! Thanks.

Unless you hold it will not sit on gas over or table top. The handle weight is more than the metal, that why it tilts.

The handle is more heavier than the dish attached to it. So it does not stand properly. The handle falls down on the stove to make the dish attached to it tilt. Plus after 2 to 3 usages, I found it rusting.
