After a lot of research and rejecting a lot of drip machines finally my stop for the "near perfect"brewing companion stopped at iCoffee by Russel Hobbs. Just before getting to the summary about the device let me tell you I live on black coffee s without sugar. Feed back based on my 25 days of aggressive usage Pros 1) You might consider this product as Russel Hobbs is an eminent British Brand that is quite popular world wide for its diverse Electronic range of appliances. The company originated somewhere round 1952. 2) Great deal & delivery from Amazon,even the seller is shipping quality products. 3) The brewing speed is relative much faster than my old device which lasted for 13 odd years. 4) Quite a futuristic design , definitely adds a character to your kitchen or work place. 5) The mesh inside in fine thus you get most scuttle flavored coffee, the coffee produced is not aggressively hard. I quite appreciated the flavor. 6) The device brews at 900W quite an idle brewing wattage. 7) In this price point it's the best your money can buy. 8) Can serve the demand of a small office as well. 9) The blue light looks cool but it's doesn't indicate or animate any thing ! 10) Based on my preceptive this device will last much more than the Cappuccino makes in this price & qulity point. If you still need a milk frothier buy the same one from Amazon; manual recommend. Cons - 1) The wire outlet & the excess water drain out port in on the same side ( check attached image),a basic safety lag ignored by Russel & Hobbs. 2) The Carafe needs to be handled carefully to avoid spill as the opening is comparatively larger & winded than your regular drip devices. Make no mistake it looks better though. 3) Difficult to get service center & replacement products for this device. 4) Doubtful how long this device will last but the build is solid. Final Verdict:- I would definitely recommend this product. I was considering Cappuccino makers in this price range, but performance of coffee makers that make both coffee with milk as well as the normal black coffee... please consider this device and you can usually froth milk using various utensils/ machines etc. Do go for this device and not the cheap devices which promise multiple devices but delivers none. This product is highly recommend! Updates on 15/02/2022 The water pump caesed operations. Compared to the orthodox coffee maker this needs repairs and maintenance manually...if you have a local fix Good else God bless!

Product arrived with the handle to the jug already broken, The machine worked well for a month and then totally stooped working!

It is really worth of the price. Purchase the grind coffee beans, and drinking water, you can get fresh brew within a minute

It stopped working not even two months I don’t know whom to contact?

I like it, it looks good with a good quality carafe though overall machine is light weight Its easy to use like most basic drip coffee machines, and the coffee will be as good as the coffee bean of choice, I'm happy with the out put of my brew. The keep hot plate works well and stays on as long the machine is on. I found hot water dripped from the spout on the lid of water resevoir when I opened it to top up while coffee was brewing, maybe safe to switch off the machine when opening the water resevoir. Easy to clean and on the pocket. So far so good!
