This dispenser has eased our job of water dispensing for our everyday household needs. It is very handy, easy to use, safe and lightweight. Had been using this for the past two months and recharged the pump once. Pump works great. Highly recommend this product for a hassle free experience. A small suggestion to the seller: Adding one or two extra silicone tubes to the package for this price range, would be great. Update about customer service: Silicone tube which goes inside the can broke due to some mishandling, and the customer support offered a replacement for free of cost. Highly appreciate the customer support team as well. Update after 2 years of usage - still works great! Perfecto !

The product that was delivered initially was defective, I had contacted the customer service number mentioned on the package. The customer service addressed the issue with urgency. She got the replacement delivered within 4 days. The replaced device is currently working well. It is easy to use. Charges soon and works well with the 20 L water can.

While purchasing a water pump for my RO water bottle, scrolled through many other options whose review were not s encouraging. This product caught my eye for it's good ratings but the pricing was high. Even though I went for it, as I saw the product descriptions were encouraging enough. I have to say this has been a real value for money product so far. Battery life- Good(should run for 3-4 bottles depending on frequency) Pipe quality- Good(we get a high quality silicon tube which sucks out even the last drop of water) Installation- Not an issue, just about connecting the tap to water tube

This dispenser stated showing issue from first minute. It started and didn't stop, button didn't work. Then suddenly it started working again. Now, its dead, within 2 hours of unboxing and usage. I have used 4-5 different dispensers, no one goes past 3 months. This one was special, dead in only 2 hours.

1. Works well for almost 13 months from my previous purchase 2. Battery life is still significantly good, did not really expect this to be this good 3. Very happy that I did not cheap out with the 300 INR knockoffs which generally have the reputation for getting bad in a weeks time 4. I am also proud to see guests getting surprised to see me using this and still working Con: 1. Not the cheapest of the lot, yet I can surely say it's the best quality for money 2. White color gets a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned now and then 3. It has a LED claimed to be UV by I can surely tell you the time that it gets exposed is not killing any thing.

Its one of my best decision choosing this product it looks elegant works fantastic with great battery life if you are thinking to buy it go blindly you will be amazed by its performance

I have purchased three times this product from Amazon only because the life of the product is not good. It is lasting for six months only. And then again you have to purchase it which is sad because after investing for this product, a good amount you’re not getting that exact life at least it should have a life of two years minimum, but unfortunately, life is poor
