I am using this ibell sm201g sandwich maker for last 2 months and it is a very good product and working fine. Pros: 1) Even heating so all sandwiches cooked equally 2) Big size perfect for preparation of 4 sandwiches at a time 3) Tried for grilled paneer tikka & momos and it worked fantastic 4) Temperature controller is good so food never burnt due to over heating 5) Also tried burgers and it cooked well too 6) Easy to clean with side oil tray which is useful for collection of food residuals Cons: 1) It has very small wire of approx 0.5 meter which is a major flaw of this product. I want to say to the manufacturer yaar 1 metre wire dene mei kya dikkat hai kitni cost badh jati tumhari🤔😡

I bought 2 gsandwich maker one for myself and other as a gift for relatives both are working great nd grills quiet good as it has optimal temperature control which is handy btw. Plus u get 2 years warranty for it if u register it .

Edit: 14/10 - Beware they have mentioned 1 year extended warranty. But when you register you do not get the response it is 2 weeks now. Even the customer support does not pick-up the phone. Long story short good product but unprofessional company. Nice to have, works just fine and does the Job well. Easy to use.

This sandwich maker operated perfectly until one of the plates stopped heating. It is difficult to contact and communicate with their customer support. They do not provide paid service once the warranty period has expired. They requested me to check it out at a nearby local electrical shop. They don't have any authorized technicians in Bangalore or anywhere else where we may go to obtain spares. I regret purchasing this Sandwich Maker.

The Size of Ibell Sandwich Maker as compared to all other Griller i saw on Amazon for Jumbo Bread Sandwich Maker was the biggest. Build Quality is Top notch & it just works perfectly what it is made for.

Nice to use this product. We used to prepare sandwich once and it went really well. Size is very much decent since it can accommodate 4 Sandwiches at one go. Cleaning is a task just like any other toaster. It not that easy but pretty much like any other appliances.
