I got the original product on 28th or 29th april which had cracks on the bottom. I asked for the replacement and on 2nd may 2025 when I got the replacement the same issue was there. It's like someone's used product was sent to me. Amazon customer care were completely useless and not at all helpful. I was asked to upload images 3-4 times after already uploading it once. Than I was told to call them again for refund which they later said there is some issue for the same. Again after being told to call them and getting transferred from one department to another I was told i will this issue was sent to resolution team or investigation team and for the resolution I have to call again after 3 days. Wasted atleast an hour on 3rd may looks like again the same thing will happen after 3-4 days. Don't buy this product.
