It is a great item however, I don't know if the packaging is to be blamed, the courier or just the fact that it is a stone, it is prone to breakage. I was a little prepared to receive a damaged item. Thankfully it arrived fine but had a minor chip off at one end of the slab. It is bound to happen with such items.

good stone sil batta, but you have to fix it at one place because its very heavy not ideal for counter tops(though i have placed it on counter) its better to place it on ground, in that way it will benefit you in two ways first you will sit down to use you will exercise that way, second handy to use..
