I love it. The handle makes it easy to move from fridge to sink and, guess what... it does hold a full gallon, just fill it to the mid-point of the threads. Nit-picky I know, but I'm measuring my fluid and anything that simplifies life is a winner. No leaks/drips. Did put a piece of non-skid stuff underneath to keep it front & center.

Love!!!! It doesn't leak. It's easy to clean, fill and use. My husband's only complaint is he thinks it's too small but I love it and how easy it is for me to work with. I've tried others and this one is it for me

This is the second one I've bought. Have two homes and keep one of each for iced tea. Has never leaked holes about a gallon and take us up very little room in the refrigerator. Great price and better than having a picher taking up space on the door.

My fridge doesn't have a water dispenser, so I got this for my kids to dispense their own water. On the very first time my youngest used it (with supervision since it was his first time), I watched as the locking mechanism fell downward, causing it to be locked in the open position! Water spilled all over inside my refrigerator. Luckily, it was just water so nbd. It's happened to me twice since. Moving forward, I warned the kids to be mindful of the faulty lock.

Great design, big, easy to clean opening, space saver, sits perfectly in fridge. The problem is you have to screw the lid completely to avoid leaks - and when you do it’s almost impossible to open. Mine cracked in the body rather than release the top! A shame
