Easy to use durable easy to fold i was having trouble whenever an electrician or painter used to come for small jobs they use to ask for a ladder but now after getting happer's premium pvc ladder the jobs are done easily and also it's light weight So now i can carry it easily anywhere i go.

Vary bad product quality is also very bad When I complained there’s no reply from the seller no mail regarding this instead. I would rather prefer to buy some other brand like I need this 3 step ladder so again brought from plantex brand and it’s really nice and better quality.

The plastic step broke the first time I stepped on it.

Bought this one as it was the cheapest among 3-4 brands showing exactly the same product but the prices varied between 2k-3k. The label on this one said Paffy is the manufacturer. Found this ladder sturdy. Steps are made of plastic and they bend slightly when stepped onto. Some metal would have been better. Also, it's slight uncomfortable to stand on the bottom and in-between as they're tightly packed inwards. It's still useful, hence 4 stars.

The unit is strong, with comfort arch to hold when you are stepping up and also fits into small passage when it is of no use. Good looking and foot steps are quite wide gives you enough comfort. Good Product and true vale for money.

A low quality item, you can buy similar item somewhere else with better quality

Not that stable, it's a bit shaky and the steps are not flat (angled backwards) The ladder is light and made out of durable plastic but overall ladder quality needs improvement when it comes to stability and firmness.
