After buying the product i found that it was not what i had anticipated. the fault was mine - i asked for a return and it is being done without any fuss. i appreciate that. the product is excellent and looks like an excellent food warmer. the packing is good. if you need this product you should go for it - it will do the job for you.

Found this after a long search for this type of hot plate. While the first order had to be returned because of a couple of cracks in the body and lid I wanted this design of a hot plate so ordered again. It’s a very helpful appliance to keep food hot after it is cooked and placed in the containers. I hope the manufacturer makes the same item with three containers as well in future.

It worked well for ten days followed by a short circuit and the product comes with no warranty.

Very Sleek, Nice and Functional Product. Works very well. Biggest problem is that steel container gets fixed and its extremely difficult to take it out for washing. It creates a kind of vacuum. Dear Manufacturer any solution to this problem

Very bad quality.....its been one month exactly that i have bought this......used it just 15 days and the steel has cracked already......super bad quality......not worth it at all.

Warmer has stopped working in 7 days, we need vendor details to contact , this is clear cheating that machine stops working in 7 days, kindly refund my money.

Item looks good but due to non availability of instruction manual it's not clear how to operate. Do I have to keep it on while using ? Or heat the food and eat. What's the use of having thermostat ?
