Very good product, very helpful not only for finely grinding coffee beans but also for making chai masala. Very sturdy and very compact, highly recommend.

Very easy to use, and gives a good grind. Gets finer the more you hold it down, but you have to estimate the coarseness yourself.

Our coffee grinder stopped working. We contacted the warranty service. The courier arrived and picked up the non-working unit. After 2 weeks, the courier came back and brought us replacement, working coffee grinder. Thanks for the service.

While the grinder quality itself is not that great and it broke down within a few months of usage, the service quality to resolve this issue has been very responsive and professional. Ms. Moumita did a fine job with providing service related support for the issues i was facing with this grinder.

Overall a decent product at a good price if you want to grind coffee beans yourself. Product looks premium. Grinds coffee as I would expect. Cannot comment on the longevity One major complain for the product design. The cap does for first in tightly, which leads to the coffee grinds spilling over and going everywhere and creating a mess. It's a simple design change that should have been thought of. Tightly holding down the cap from all sides helps a bit, but it's still not perfect. Would have appreciated if there was a way to control how fine the coffee grind would be. But you will have to estimate that by the amount of beans and time for which you run it. Overall happy with price to performance for now.
