The product is what it says except for it is made up of plastic and not metal. I had to return it twice and look for other brand. Also, they don't provide all the accessories that are shown in the image. They provide a plastic rinser and a connecting pipe. I have come across only one brand that provides glass rinser in metal (except for Delta and Alton) at a reasonable price, Zapp. Do let me know if any other brand provides at a more reasonable price than this because I am still on a lookout.

Great for rinsing glasses. Always make sure you put a glass on it otherwise your ceiling will be wet!

This was easy to install and it works great. We use it to rinse all of our cups throughly to make sure all of the leftover soap is rinsed out. It also works wonderfully for baby bottles!! We don’t have a dishwasher and this has really helped cut down our wash time!

Cleans glasses well

Item was as described and arrived quickly. Directions are only poor pictures on box and nothing more. When installing you must take care that the small washer does not go off center when putting it together. After I was done installing it leaked so I had to remove and reinstall, this time I turned valve upside down and installed the base cup, holding it all together I flipped it and tightened it down, no leaks this time.

whatever your asking yourself, just stop. and buy it. easy to install if you know what your doing and works GREAT. great pressure, great spray range, we use to rinse cups, then wash with a brush and then rinse all the soap out. this thing is a game changed for dishwasher- less families.
