This is just a plastic round container which doesn't actually work like a lazy susan. Very flimsy product. Now a days Amazon is updating status of such cheap products as return pickup failed after we place the return pickup forcing customers to wait till return window is closed and not being able to actually return the product. There is no intimation on why or when the return pick-up failed when no one contacted to pick the product.
