Got this during the flash sale and it costed me around ₹650 and at that price point it is just amazing The brightness is really good... Like I replaced the 12W led in my room with this and it works good The RGB mode output is like around 5-6W It is easy to install if you know what you doing the bulb has 2 modes to connect one is via your router and the other one is when the bulb creates a hotspot itself If using it with the router you need to switch it on/off for 3 times after this turning it on leaves the bulb in a quick blinking stage If you go the hotspot method u need to turn it on/off 3 times pause for a while and then do it 3 times again then when u turn it on the bulb will blink slowly Coming to connecting it with Alexa it is mentioned in the guide that comes with this however using it with Google Assistant was not given but that's pretty easy just connect the Google Home app with the Wipro Next and it'll show up Voice commands work perfectly except if you ask to turn it to cool white it doesn't put it at the max cool white avaliable but exactly at the centre of warm and cool white Finally people are going crazy that it does not retain it states after a power cut well that's not true totally....After a power cut when the bulb gets back online if your wifi router is up the bulb will retain its states It loses it's state when it doesn't get to connect to the wifi network and in that case it will turn on So like if you switched it off and on or if you have connected it to a phone hotspot and there is a power cut in either case it will retain its state

Working well for 2 weeks now. 2020 version. Wipro app didn't detect bulb first time, nor again after switching bulb off and on. But 3rd try was successful. Set-up instructions in the getting-started sheet are accurate. Pros: + Can control brightness and colour, and schedule off and on times from the app. + The bulb remains connected to your WiFi and you can see it in the router management app. + After the set-up, one can use the Wipro app and control the bulb from anywhere with a network connection, and the app need not be connected to same WiFi as the bulb. + Google Home integration also works, and have been also using voice control with Google Home for colour and brightness control. + After power fails and returns, this 2020 version does not forget previous colour or brightness setting, but it remains off for about 10 or 15 seconds while it reconnects to WiFi, and then assumes the last configured state i.e. whether off, or on, whatever colour and brightness level. Cons: - To set up the bulb, you need to create a login account with "tuya". Possible privacy concern, but this is a required step in setting up the IoT, which enables you to control the bulb from anywhere using the app. This is not a "con" specific to this bulb, and is a necessary evil industry-wide... Overall a good buy.

I am very much happy in buying the product. After installing the App in my phone and after connecting it through Wifi, I got wondering experience. I have operated the bulb from 20 Kms. I come to understand if Wifi available and connected with the bulb in the place where it is installed, it can be operated from anywhere through cellphone such as on, off, changing the color and etc. It must be very much helpful when all members are in out of station. At that time, by switch on and switch off the bulb in house from out of station, we can create a scene to others, some person are in side of the house. So, in my opinion, theft may be avoided when we are in out of station by operating the bulbs from out of station. Thank you Amazon for creating chance to by such bulb. Thank you Wipro for such innovation.

This is just white labelled chinese bulb. The bulb gest forgotten from your phone every other day and pairing is a nightmare. Money down the drain.
