The quality of the infuser is good, sturdy and functional. Fine tea powder leaks off the filter pores but good for tea leaves.

It's of no use as on 1st use it got bended & all tea leaves came out

It is very useful product for making tea.

The metal lips around the mesh basket don't lock up completely. This creates a gap enough for tea leaves to get back into the drink. And not just a few but quite a lot. This occured after a few times of using it. For reference I am using oolong leaves which aren't really small. I don't exactly mind it but expected the steeper to do a better job at keeping the leaves out of the drink. I think this will be worse for someone using smaller leaves. The spring is actually well built and does a fine job. The mesh is ok. But I don't think whoever made this has tested it enough, to not see this basic flaw.

I ordered this tea infuser because the product description said that it was made of 304 grade 18/8 stainless steel. I did not want to use a silicon product or a product with bad grade steel. The product finish is good as is the quality of steel. However, the mesh appears to be a bit thin. I am not saying that the mesh is too fragile, but it is thin. As for the size of the infuser, it is much bigger than my other infuser, and can easily be used in a kettle for two large size cups of tea. Most of the infusers are round, but the square shape of this infuser helps increase its size and more tea leaves can be added so that it can be used for two cups. However, it is more difficult to clean a square infuser.

Although it makes the tea drinking experience great, cleaning it later is more difficult than cleaning a conventional tea strainer...

The tea infuser is great. Looks good, and is of high quality. However I’m quite dissatisfied with this seller whom I tried contacting several times to ask about my missing item (I ordered two pieces & received just one). Still didn’t get any response, a month after I received my delivery.

Has a nice clean seal when closed, keeping the tea leaves where they should be, inside the strainer and not in the cup! It opens nice and wide for easy loading of tea leaves. Was a hair short for the big mugs I like to use but a late night raid of my wife's jewelry findings and now I have a silver chain attached to it. Easy to clean out. In the cut you can shake it around a lot to get all the flavor without any tea leaves coming out. Nicely designed product!

Works okay but like every other strainer like it that I have tried, it doesn't do a great job with supermarket tea leaves are they are just too fine.

Enfin un infuseur à thé d'un design moderne, et bien plus pratique que les ronds. Surtout, fabriqué dans une qualité solide en acier inoxydable. Et par-dessus tout ne laisse absolument aucun goût au thé ou tisane. Seul souci mais commun à tous les infuseurs quels qu'ils soient : les restes de feuilles thé ou tisane sont tenaces et ne partent que sous un très fort jet du robinet, mais à cela il n'y a rien à faire.
