i have bought this when there was hardly any reviews...i am using it for about an year and it is the best kettle as of my experience. it has multi preset values which is really helpful.the glass is thin, but strong enough. it is easy to clean. the infuser is a great functionality to make herbal tea. there is a thermometer provided with which you can know the temperature of the boiled water, and also the markings of the water level really help us. the cord length is short but it it ok if u keep it on kitchen counter top next to the plug point. since it is a great product, and looks really premium, i gifted this to my frnd during his house warming function.

Reviewing after 1 month of use. The cord length is longer than what you usually get for electric kettles. The menu of programs make this very suitable to be used as a supplement to other kitchen appliances and not just for boiling water. I have boiled water/milk and made noodles. The instructions are actually not that clear. For example, warming milk is pre-set to 45 degrees but if we need higher temp, the instruction manual is useless. Much of it has to be learnt through trial and error. My only main grouse is that boiling milk leaves charred material on the heating plate which requires effort to clean. BUT, the programs are good enough that you can set and go do some other work.

The steel is of bad quality. Rusts very quickly. Bought it for design. Now lies useless as bad metal is leaking toxins in hot water.

I love almost everything about this product. Except the cord length. To be fair I only use it for water boiling, the keep warm feature and making coffee sometimes... My cat threw the base down and it shattered. Can't use the kettle. Hoping someone can suggest some way to buy a replacement base.

What you see on the website is what you get. The product looks great and works brilliantly. Multiple options for what you want are available making it extremely easy to use and worth the amount you pay for it! Not your usual water kettle, this one goes one step ahead.

The product looks gorgeous and definitely holds the volume it promises. Overall feels sturdy but plastic feels like will wear faster. Love the addition of Blue light (Not UV) making it look pretty at night. Cord length is small like several other brands. I wonder why they dont opt for slightly longer cord with some braided heat insulation. Its been 2 months since i bought it and is going strong. Although the top joint of handle gets warm and leaks a little bit of steam. Eager to see it last for atleast 6 months before i replace more of my old Electric kettles. Also happy to know that its a chennai based company nicely competing with market leaders.
