Product quality is poor. Does not work close to what is mentioned in the description. Return request is automatically getting cancelled without any reason. No support from Amazon Customer Care. Summary - Useless Product. Don't want to use. Can't get it returned. Stuck with it! Update : Finally got it returned on the 5th return request. DON'T BUY!

I love using this fan, especially when I'm working on the kitchen. The only thing is, that it doesn't necessarily send the air to the top part of my face, but mostly just cools my cheeks and jaw. Still, it helps a lot in regularing body temperature so that I can cook peacefully in the kitchen

The product descriptions are met, but practically it's doesn't help much. I bought it for my mom to use in the kitchen. The air flow openings are only available on the sides not at the back and is no way tackling heat during Summers. Also it's a hassle to wear it on neck all the time. Placing it on the neck cause more sweating around the neck area. Not practical. Price is high too.

It's airflow is decent but product quality isn't that much satisfying must work in your products finishing....

Does what it says, just does not justify a ₹2600 price. Fan speed could have been 2 levels higher for more comfortable use.

This is the faulty product I have received. Its left side fan was not working. It is not in a good condition. I would have to purchase table fan rather than this worst gadget.

Purchase this for our vacation at Disney World in late July. Temperature is always above 95° and these really did work well. Standing in line in the humidity this was the perfect idea to bring. A lot of people were miserable standing in line and I bet they wish they had these. Would definitely buy again. And we did recommend them to others. I should’ve bought a case of these and brought them with us to sell.

I bought this to go to Europe. Of course, there is a heatwave. When there is no air-conditioning, you are sweating bullets and on the verge of melting-down (literally and figuratively), this will save you. The battery recharges quickly. I find it lasts me 40 minutes on full power and 1.5 hours on low power. It is easy to recharge via USB in a car or from a battery pack. It is light and worth carrying in your bag for relief. They look like headphones and are easy to wear. Don’t see a downside! I will tell everyone I know about them.

Worth the money. To stay mobile, I wound up pairing it with a decent power bank and usb cable for longer use. Works well for times when a more traditional fan would be tough to use. I work in Texas where it's pretty much always hot. Last Summer we convinced some higher-ups to let us use a fan at our station. But then my boss took it away anyway because the cord was a "potential tripping hazard." I spent the rest of the summer sweating like crazy. So this year I determined that I would have to find something I could keep on me to stay cool. This neck fan actually works pretty well. It's not super powerful, so sometimes takes a moment to cool you down. But it does well enough. Unlike a traditional fan, it's mobile and it sits comfortably on my shoulders even hours later. The air vents around the back of it allow for good air flow, which was my problem with other neck fans. Battery life is not fantastic, but at least the fan charges semi quick. Just don't be fooled by the quoted 7 hour battery life. Although it does run pretty long on first speed, you will more likely be running it on second or third speed which only lasts 3 to 4 hours instead. It's also pretty quiet overall. I work with a lot of customers and communication is a big part of my job. I never have to speak over it, although I do get lots of people asking me if it's a headphone or a neck massager. Honestly, for the price it costs it's a fantastic product. It really solved the problem for me of how to keep cool without needing an outlet. I just wish that it had a better battery life or that the USB-C port was on top of the device instead of the bottom, so that I could use it for longer periods easier.

This is a wonderful product. The fan is so quiet you can wear it in church. I had been searching for something like this for a long time, so was very pleased that it worked out so well. However, a couple days past the Amazon return period, the left side fan quit working, but the right side is still going strong. Customer service at Amazon agreed it was under warranty and would send an email for me to contact seller who would replace it. No such email arrived. Called back to Amazon within 15 minutes of original conversation, received the royal runaround from Irene, a second customer service agent, who had no idea how to respond and needed to talk with her Lead. After 15 min. of waiting online, she came back and offered to call me back within 1 hour with answer. Ha-Ha-Ha! Never heard anything again! Not sure if I want to invest more time trying for a replacement or just bite the bullet and purchase another unit. Lovely product, does what it says it will do; ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON!
