absorbs tbe liquid well and working is smooth...just that the wiper rod was very dirty(see images)....I had to clean the rod with sanitiser...also when removed plastic , the sponge was wet ...not sure if thats how its sent or was it used but I needed it urgently so cancelled return request and used it....working fine but presentation should be good
