Writing this review after nearly 9 months of use. Still using the first mop pad (there are 2 more refills supplied along with the pack, which speaks for the great quality). This product is a game changer at my place. I prefer to mop my 3bhk apartment on my own (since maids are unreliable). I use this almost 2 times a week and it makes the task a breeze. It is the perfect size and can go under sofas and clean corners efficiently. Hard stains on kitchen floors and balconies are easy to handle. No bending, squeezing effort needed. Changing the water is very easy too. Cleaning the mop after the job is done is very easy as well. I whole heartedly recommend this product. Bought this after a lot of reach and it has proven itself in terms of ease and functionality.

The refill mops provided i got three pcs. Which is good. Now the mop pad after using for just a week i saw it had a tear in the pockets that we used to clip the mop in. If you guys have designed such a good mop u should come up with a better way or material in such a way that the mop refill doesn't tear easily with daily use n wear n tear. The product is expensive this is the least we can expect! I also found the size of the mop TOO BIG than my last purchase which was of a different brand, which I'm not a fan of the size. Also the mop stick i find is too heavy in weight as well. I get wrist pain after moping the floor. If it was light weight that would have been much better. As for the flat mop it works very well n gets under the furniture easily which is a plus point. I would recommend this but again something better should be done that the mop refill retains itself for longetivity. Also the dry function of the bucket also works very well n doesn't stain my floor with wet water marks 👍 Considering Buying new mop refills r also expensive 😔

Honestly I don't give bad reviews even the experience is not good with the product but with this product I have to do it so if a person trying this kind of mob for first time they can be aware of the issues I faced Problems 1. It is very hard to dry the mob Because when we insert the mob in the drying compartment it is so hard to figure out how to properly dry this thing's for first few days I just pull that plastic piece while I insert the mob in the compartment ,then after sometime I figured out that you have to insert the mob slightly tilted back and then insert it ,it works fine till some extent I will explain in the next point 2. It doesn't dry the mob properly Ok even I tried this new method (which I think is the proper way to dry the mob) it still doesn't dry the mob completely the mob remain wet from the top because it doesn't interact with that plastic piece (which removes the water while inserting the mob ) so I have to do it twice and have to make sure that the top of the mob get dry properly , and even there is issue when it get stuck inside the bucket and can't get out ,I explain it in the 4th point 3. The cloth that attached with mob remove from one side or completely Ok after this hastle of this drying situation I face another issue which is related again to drying , because it is so hard to insert the mob in the drying compartment many times the cloth get removed from one side of the mob and then I have to put it back and it happens again and again 4. Mob get stuck inside both of the compartment if you insert the mob completely Ok so after all this hastle this is the biggest one and so frustrating it happens every time ,so when I insert the mob and by mistakely if I insert the mob completely ,it get stuck inside the drying compartment or in the wet compartment and eventually I have to open the entire lid of the compartment to just remove the mob Advantage 1. Cleaning is good compared to the circular mob Honestly after so so much of hastle with this thing there is one thing that actually good which is the cleaning I really like the cleaning of this mob (it doesn't means I will prefer this to anyone ) 2. Build Quality In this section I'm really impressed with the build quality of the product it's best among all the mobs I have used till date -------------------------------------------------------- I will really suggest to the manufacturer please make the process simple it takes me approximately 2 to 3 days just to understand how to use it properly (still not sure that I know how to use it properly) I have used mobs from quite a long time if a person like me can't figure out how to use it properly just think of those who are buying this product and it is the first mob they are having to use just imagine the experience of the consumer it will be terrific and they think they just got a defective product ( which I thinked too ) I will highly suggest that if someone didn't have any experience with this kind of mob you should go for another kind of mob please don't buy this product it's not worth the price , I suggest a circular mob because I tried it and I like the simplicity and cleaning of the circular mob

Amazing product..good quality. Easy to use . There is a side cap to remove water that was cool you don't have to pick up and pour dirt water outside just open the cap. And you can spin your mop however you want.

I purchased the U.P.C. Flat Mop with Bucket a few years ago, and while it does a good job of cleaning floors with its 360° swivel feature and microfiber pads, I’m disappointed with the handle quality. Pros: Effective cleaning with hands-free operation. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Good mop head design for reaching corners. Cons: Unfortunately, the handle broke after just 8 months of use, which is frustrating. It's a decent mop for the price, but if you’re looking for something that will last longer, you might want to consider other options.

I loved the product. Do not need to bend to clean the floor with this as it provides convenient size of the mop rod . It’s 360 degree rotating. Mop cleaning is too easy and it cleans the mop very neatly. The mop dries quickly in the dry area. Quality of the material used is very good.

This was second time I purchased this MOP. 1st time when I purchased this MOP, the price was around Rs. 1400 and quality was also very good. I used it almost 4 years ans still it was in usable condition. Not a single part of this product broked. It's design was very convenient for flat surfaces mopping. 5 stars for my earlier order. So now I orders it again. But this time price was around Rs. 900 and with the price drop, product quality was also dropped drastically. Within 2 days MOP handle broked. So I used my previous mop handle in it. Now it's mopping stick detached and also bent. Such a poor quality is not acceptable. I am ready to pay higher price but quality should be maintained.

Nice implement, works well... perhaps the only minor inconvenience is that the flat edge of the mop collects all the dust at the intersection of wall and floor, but needs another implement to collect that dirt for disposal
