Broom is of good quality. I doubted the quality within that price but it is good. Whereas, dust pan is also good but sometimes it take effort to drag the trash into the pan. I would recommend it for sure as it very convenient to clean.

Easy to install. Height should have been bit more atleast extension should have been provided. So if your height is 5 4" or more this is not for you.. you ll have to bend.. otherwise good . Cleans very effectively and thoroughly. Dust and hairs on floor specially. Would have loved it if extension was provided.. there was no return option so kept it. But if your height is 5 4" or above don't waste your money.

Quality is good. Cleans well. Good design. BUT the broom stick is very very short. It is till my arms length and you end up bending which beats the purpose of using this broom. I changed the broom stick with a longer one and then it works fine.

PROS: - Good quality - Steel rod - Broom and dust collector work well - Free holder which is of very good quality CONS: - A bit short for ~6ft people but one can get used to it - The bristles are plastic so sometimes collect static but again, not a major issue

First of all I noticed only after receiving it is non returnable item. I want to return it as i find it of no use but I can't return it now. Cons 1. Short handle- long brooms are only useful when have longer handle so that you can use both of your hands. But its around 3 ft in height which i find very unsuitable for cleaning. 2.Broom Head- Theplastic brushes are too hard so it would be very hard to collect dust from these. These should have been little softer and longer so that dust can be collected easily. Pro - plasic and metal quality of handles looks good. Conclusion- I would not recomend it to anyone.

I really like this broom and dust pan set. It’s easy to use because you don’t have to bend down to pick up the dirt. But the dust pan isn’t flat to the floor and so dirt goes under it rather than in it. I improvise by stepping on the side of it to flatten it so the dirt goes in. I’m sure that will become annoying eventually. Another Amazon customer said the same thing when I read the reviews and I hoped that they just got a bad one. But maybe it’s just a design problem. Otherwise I like it overall.

At the outset, the seller is Not the concern, it is the Main Part of the Product - The Strand's of the Broom that is the issue. On the Second day of using - the Strands from the Broom were breaking or coming out. Unfortunately, the Quality of these Strands is Quite Bad. The rods are good,the seller sent the right product and was very prompt. But - Unfortunately, the main part , which is essential to sweep had wear and tear from the second day itself. Note- I am 54 and do the sweeping myself, so no maid or child has deliberately used it roughly Nor have I roughly handled it nor deliberately pulled them out. Strongly recommend seller discusses this with the manufacture and/or consider reducing the cost of the product. Thank you
